Why Your Papers and Participation Matter at ENERGYCON-2024

Here are some key dates to remember:

  • Paper Submission Deadline: November 14, 2023 Extended date: December 31, 2023.
  • Notification of Acceptance: January 28, 2024 February 4, 2024
  • Author Registration Deadline: February 15, 2024
  • Conference Dates: March 4–7, 2024

Important information for authors:

  • The official language for ENERGYCON-2024 is English, which will be used for all conference materials, presentations, and discussions.
  • Submitted papers should be original, not previously published, and not under review elsewhere.
  • Papers must be submitted in PDF format, ranging from 4 to 6 pages, presented in a double-column layout with a 10-point font size, following the IEEE Conference Proceedings format. https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
  • At least one author (the presenting author) of each accepted paper must register, pay the participation fee, and actively participate in the conference. Each author can submit and present up to three papers.
  • ENERGYCON-2024 employs a single-blind peer-review process involving three independent anonymous reviewers.
  • The accepted and presented papers at ENERGYCON-2024 will be published in conference proceedings to be archived in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, INSPEC, Thomson Reuters’ Web of Science, and others. Please note that “no-show” papers will not be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
